Incorporated in May 2003, Changzhou JHJC Vehicles Equipment Co., Ltd. is a controlling joint venture of KTK Group. Under the principle of Creating Advanced Enterprise, Excellent Team and Good Product, the Company always focus on the design, development, manufacture and sale of the electrical appliances for the railway vehicles, and the company strives to promote the brand of Jianhu Jincheng.

At present, the Company has three major series of products, water supply hygiene system, electrified kitchen and electrical heating devices which are developed independently by the Company with its Proprietary intellectual Property rights. The main products of the water supply hygiene system include the vacuum transfer-type toilet wastewater collector (Apply to CRH2/CRH380A/China standard bullet train), vacuum reservation-type toilet wastewater collector (Apply to CRH380B/passenger train/CRH3/CRH6) and vacuum compact toilet wastewater collector (CRH1/CRH380D/CRH5), which are the quality products sold in China and other countries. The electrical kitchen devices for passenger train are widely used in the passenger train 25G/25T, and the electrical kitchen devices for high speed railway are widely applied in the CRH2, CRH3, CRH5, CRH380A, CRH380B and the China standard bullet train. The electrical kitchen devices have been exported to Iraq, Malaysia, Thailand and other countries for their construction of railway projects. Electrical heating devices are commonly used in the railway products such as passenger train, caboose, high speed train, intercity bullet train, underground and so forth.

Our Company is a national high tech enterprise, with over 100 independent intellectual property rights, and there are professional and R&D teams with 130 people which are led by PhDs and Masters. The Company has built an internationally advanced R&D platform for the electrical device system of railway vehicles, and the place for R&D and trial is over 8000 square meters. The company has the completed method for testing and inspection, it includes the environmental laboratory for electrical performance, the comprehensive laboratory for electrical performance, material and mechanic analysis, reserve engineering laboratory, measurement instrument standardization (internal calibration) laboratory, comprehensive laboratory of toilet wastewater collector (16 sets of type-test benches). It is capable to carry out the high and low temperature test, alternating temperature humidity test, electromagnetic compatibility test, electrical aging test, electrical component function (performance) test, metallurgical analysis, chemical composition analysis, hardness test, tensile test, 3D reverse modeling, 3D printing, type test for toilet wastewater collector, durability test for toilet wastewater collector, function (performance) test for toilet wastewater collector, and other professional tests and verifications. Such tests and inspections guarantee the Company capable of providing the products with stable quality, and satisfy the various demands of the customers on customization.

The Company has been accredited with the ISO9001:2008 Quality Management System, the EN15085 (CL2) by GSI SLV, the ISO3834 by CANBCC and IRIS by UNIFE.

The Company has 27 service offices in various regions in China, and it has kept the good cooperative relations with the main machine manufacturers, railway administrations and rolling stock depot.
